Did you know? Each year, approximately 300 sophomores, juniors, and seniors participate in short-term job shadowing opportunities through the Lafayette College January Externship Program.
In January, more than 240 students shadowed Lafayette alumni, parents, and friends across various industries—and gained real-life exposure to what it’s like to be on the job.
To level the playing field for underserved student groups, Lafayette is using the PeopleGrove platform to promote career access for students and alumni—starting with career exploration.
