This program gives you a clear look at how financial services are structured, from business segments that focus on different types of customers, to job families that group roles by shared strengths and work styles.

In this program, you’ll:

Learn about PNC’s business segments and how they support individuals, businesses, and communities.Explore broad job families — customer-facing, analytical, tech-driven, and operations — to see how different kinds of work connect.Practice reflecting on your own skills and interests, a useful exercise for any career path.Build confidence in making informed choices about classes, activities, or future opportunities.
