Title: Lafayette Investment Office Intern – Summer 2023

Description: Lafayette College is seeking a summer intern for its Investment Office located in New York City. The position entails working closely with the CIO, Investment Directors, and extended staff to help manage the college endowment and separately invested assets. Specific duties may include assigned self-directed projects and assistance with the following:

– Research on asset classes, investment strategies, and investment managers

– Financial modeling and analytics using Excel and third party databases and tools

– PowerPoint presentations and written reports for staff and Investment Committee

Skills and Qualifications: Prospective candidates should have a passion for finance and investing, excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, strong spreadsheet skills, sense of humor, and the ability to work well in a small team.
