CGC is a leading independent energy company with an attractive portfolio of oil and gas fields in Argentina engaged in the development, production and exploration of natural gas and crude oil. And, based on wellhead production, the company is the sixth-largest gas producer in Argentina.
Tecpetrol has a long-standing record of leading large and complex energy projects in Latin America. These projects are related to upstream and midstream activities of the oil and gas industry and to the power generation industry. The fast-track development of unconventional resources in Vaca Muerta, a major Argentine field, has consolidated Tecpetrol as a regional leader in this area. The company has vast experience operating mature fields, applying enhanced recovery methods in order to extract the largest amount of oil available in the reservoirs. Position Description:
Students selected for the Argentina Internship Program will carry out their internship experience with Pan American Energy, Honeywell, Tenaris, Tecpetrol, Molinos Agro, or CGC from June 2 to August 8, 2025. Interns will be trained, supervised, and mentored by core company staff in one of the following project areas:

Ideal intern candidates will have sharp research and analytical skills, excellent academic performance, and a strong interest in the energy industry. Interns may come from diverse fields of study, such as petroleum, environmental, chemical and industrial engineering; geology and geophysics; economics; business; data analytics; marketing; and computer science.
At least an intermediate to advanced Spanish level is required for interns to be able to participate fully in the program’s training seminars and to carry out internship project work.
Throughout the internship, students will have regular check in meetings with their internship supervisor in order to review recent and upcoming work. Additionally, the internship will be overseen by the company human resources team to ensure that each individual is maximizing their professional growth and learning throughout the internship.
