>> My name is Greg Kelly. I'm the CEO of a professional service firm, WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, and I'm based in New York City. What goes into my day is we work with clients to help them plan, design, and get built large infrastructure projects, things like roads, bridges, tunnels, railroads, airports, power plants, tall buildings. We help clients solve complex infrastructure challenges by helping them build, expand, rehabilitate their infrastructure assets. As an example, today we're working in New York City to help expand the New York City subway system, projects like the Second Avenue subway on the east side of Manhattan, the extension of the #7 line to the west side of Manhattan, creating a new city within the city at Hudson Yards. We're also working as part of the consortium to help plan, design, and build and operate the new LaGuardia Airport. I'd say a big part of what I do on a daily basis is try to assemble the right teams to help solve these complex problems, whether it's bringing the engineers or the planners together, to help look at the problem, put a fresh set of eyes on it, and help solve those problems. I also spend a fair amount of time managing the firm, so that is in addition to recruiting good people. It's making sure that we're serving our clients in a consistent and very professional way.
