>> My name's Bernice Innocent, I currently work for Lockheed Martin as an HR Project Manager and Planning Operations Rep. In the HR function, I'm not a typical HR professional, I actually call myself an internal auditor. I work in staffing compliance so, insuring that we are compliant with government regulations, as it pertains to the hiring process. So, I might audit our job postings to make sure that we don't have any discriminatory language or insure that okay, you know, the right steps were taken in the right order, in terms of hiring someone. Making sure that our data bases have the correct information and also answering questions that some of our recruiters might have about making sure that we're following laws. A typical day, I usually get in probably between 8:30 and 9:00 and that's because I stay until about 6:00, 6:30, filled with meetings from the time that I step into the office until the time that I leave the building. And sometimes that might require answering e-mails at home. Because of some of the products that I lead for the corporation, it might include some weekend notifications that oh, a system might be down, but I have constant communication with my management and my director level leadership. And I service a point of contact for all of Lockheed Martin recruiters and their managers, when it comes to compliance items. So, if you can imagine, that's a lot of people trying to touch you in a day, in addition to some of the other things that we might do as HR professionals in general.
