Caillin is a member of the Class of 2026 majoring in Biology and minoring in Biotechnology. She has many involvements around campus, including Lafayette Student Alumni Council , Tri Beta National Biological Honor Society, Greek Life, and more. These activities have aided in strengthening her teamwork and leadership skills that she looks forward to expanding on during her time working at Gateway. As an Employer Relations (ER) intern, working alongside the Employer Relations team at Gateway, Caillin will assist with employer activities, student relations, and communications. While she’s prepping for her own after-Lafayette career, she is more than thrilled to be joining the ER team at the Gateway Career Center, which has already provided her with many career exploration opportunities!

A bit about me: Jadelyn is a member of the Class of 2027, double majoring in Government & Law and English Literature. In addition to being a Posse scholar, she is deeply involved on campus and has served on the executive boards of the Hispanic Society of Lafayette and Leopards at Night. These experiences have strengthened her communication and leadership skills. As the Gateway Career Center’s new Social Media & Marketing Intern, Jadelyn hopes to create new content that informs and motivates the student body to utilize the resources available to them.

A bit about me: Molly is a member of the class of 2026, majoring in Biology and on the pre-medical track. She is involved in numerous organizations including Running Club, Greek Life, Hillel Society, and more. She has served on the executive boards for Running Club and Hillel and those experiences have strengthened her leadership and communication skills. As an Employer Relations intern, Molly helps plan the Fall and Spring Career Fairs along with managing communications about student jobs and events. She has been with the Employer Relations team at Gateway for a year and is excited to continue working with everyone!

A bit about me: Jaylene is a member of the Class of 2026, majoring in Government and Law with a minor in Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies. She is involved in many organizations on campus such as the Hispanic Society at Lafayette, NIA, Team Success, and more! These activities have helped her develop and strengthen her leadership skills and ambition, which are personal elements she looks forward to growing at Gateway. As an Employer Relations intern, working alongside the Employer Relations team at Gateway, she assists with communications, employer activities, and student relations. While preparing for her own after-Lafayette career, she’s very excited to continue working with the Employer Relations team here at the Gateway Career Center!

A bit about me: Barbara is a member of the Class of 2027 majoring in Anthropology & Sociology and minoring in Spanish. Her on-campus involvements include Refugee Action Club, Lafayette African & Caribbean Student Association, Alternative School Break, She is a McKelvy scholar which is part of a community built around high-level academic work, broad leadership on campus and in the community. Her extracurricular activities and summer career explorations have equipped her with the skills that make her ready to dive into her work with the Employer Relations team. Being an enthusiastic proponent of the Gateway Career Center her first year, Barbara looks forward to joining the center in supporting her peers as an Employer Relations intern!
