JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative staff work in support of administration, operations, research, and education.
- Participates in the collection and preparation of data and reports for Family Medicine.
- Performs data entry, assisting with file management, creating job aids, facilitating training sessions, corporate planning, financial analysis, coordinating educational CME sessions, etc.
- Intern will assist senior management in facilitating new and established programs and/or procedures.
- Performs related duties, as required. Participates in the collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Currently enrolled as an Undergrad Junior; Undergrad Senior; Graduate.
- Currently enrolled in college majoring in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration (Health), Pre-Med, Community/Population Health, Health Sciences, required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, planning, and organizational skills, ability to multitask.
- Microsoft Office (intermediate experience), presentation skills, and data entry.
- Any creative/design skills welcomed (Adobe Photoshop, iMovie, etc.)
- Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting, preferred.
Schedule and Location:
In-Person. 20 hours split over 3-4 days a week.
Duration: July to December
