Merging activism and education, ONS speaks fearlessly in defense of LGBTQIA+ rights, connects like-minded national security practitioners, advances American interests, and improves American security.
Women of Color Advancing Peace, Security and Conflict Transformation
WCAPSisOut is an intentionally, purpose-built platform geared towards Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, + (LGBTQIA+) women and gender diverse persons of color in the foreign policy, national security, and conflict transformation space. Our mission is to provide a space for LGBTQIA+ persons to come together, engage, and build strong relationships with others of the community. We aim to highlight accomplishments, challenges, and facilitate forward movement in ensuring our voices are heard and our rights protected.
Funders for LGBTQ+ Issues
Funders for LGBTQ Issues works to increase the scale and impact of philanthropic resources aimed at enhancing the well-being of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer communities, promoting equity, and advancing racial, economic and gender justice. Funders for LGBTQ Issues is a network of more than 75 foundations, corporations, and funding institutions that collectively award more than $1 billion annually, including approximately $100 million specifically devoted to LGBTQ issues.

The Senate GLASS Caucus is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization open to all whose purpose is to raise awareness of issues affecting the LGBT Community, increase visibility and promote the welfare and dignity of LGBT employees of the United States Senate by providing a safe environment for social interaction and professional development.

The Congressional Black Associates (CBA) is an officially House-recognized, bi-partisan Congressional staff organization whose mission is to enhance the political, social and economic capabilities of Black people on Capitol Hill, in the Greater Washington Metropolitan area, the nation, and other countries throughout the world.
